What it does

The Fresh-Lock® Zipper Spool Reuse Program, the first of its kind in the industry, gives you a simple, cost-effective method for reducing the environmental impact of spools. For every spool that is returned, washed, and reused, you'll receive a $1 credit toward future purchases. Costs to ship the spools back is paid by Fresh-Lock, so you’ll incur no expense at all.

Unlike conventional recycling approaches that create a cost burden for the converter, this program actually reduces the cost of spools. A simple reimbursement system literally credits you back on invoices for switching to the new, greener program.

This “cradle-to-cradle” approach all but eliminates the need for landfilling spools. Something we all can live with.
